Hurricane Sally Relief

Hey it’s your friend David Bachman here, this past week we were devastated by Hurricane Sally down here on the Gulf Coast. Specifically Orange Beach where I live. Despite never being flooded even during Hurricane Ivan our home was completely flooded by Sally. Not only was my home flooded my vehicle was totally submerged as well. (My beloved Toyota ) 

We had renters insurance for our place which did not include flood. It seems we’re going to be taking a total loss. While devastated we are keeping our heads up and smiles on our faces. By we, I mean myself, my amazing girlfriend Kristen, my 16 year old son Gus and our hounds Opie and The Dude. 

I ask you humbly to give what you can to help  replace my vehicle and while the many things we’ve lost can’t be replaced we do need the basics to start over. All furnishings were lost, clothes, dishes. You get it. All our house hold things were destroyed. 

Sometimes don’t you just sit back and wonder what else could go wrong in a single year!?  

Some how Kristen, Gus and I as well as the dogs have been laughing and smiling the past two days. I guess when you go thru what we went thru the night of the Hurricane, we’re happy to be alive. Closest near death experience I ever want to have. 

Please do what you can to help us get back on our feet. I serve people every day in my line of work trying to make their lives better.

Now humbly, I realize we need help!

Any funds raised will be specifically used to help replace my vehicle and all house hold goods lost. Furniture, clothes, food, all kitchen and bathroom necessities, all appliances ( w/d, refrigerator). Think for a minute about everything in your house, OVERWHELMING!
