Help mother w/ disabled child w/car

My daughter clara has short gut syndrome she didn't get out of the hospital for the first time till she was 14 months old were in and out every other week we stay for months at a time she gets very sick very quick we are currently in Cincinnati children's hospital we have been there for three months now and still no date in site i really have no help from anyone most of the time i go without eating if anyone could help with anything it would be a blessing i never leave my 4 year old daughter there alone but this Tuesday i had to leave to make sure her medical wouldn't get shut off and i have the worst luck i get into a car accident and now my car is is recked and i have no way to get it fix or even looked and now im stuck without a way back to the hospital i know my bany is missing me if anyone at all could help with anything i would be so thankful!
