Anyone who knows me, knows that Pearl is my best friend.
Last week, we were at the dog park when I heard her let out a yelp. She hasn't been walking right since, and after a visit to the vet today, its been confirmed that she has torn her ACL. Dr. Bachman at FMA recommended the lesser of two evils as far as ACL surgeries go, but it's still going to cost roughly $1800, and I certainly don't have $1800. The sooner the surgery gets done the better, so she won't develop arthritis and/or irritate the ligament any worse.
I hate to do this, but my girl needs help. Anything helps. Thanks for listening!
