Noah's momma needs help

We are almost 4 months into our Ultra Short Gut Syndrome journey and things are starting to get really hard. Noah was born 7 weeks early, with multiple intestinal atresia's and volvulous which required his surgeons to resect all but 3-4 cms of his small intestines. He has had 2 surgeries thus far and hopefully no more in the near future. We spent the first 3 months in the NICU and after fighting our insurance we were finally able to get him to Bostons childrens hospital under the care of an amazing team of doctors.  I'm a so grateful to have him here but being away from home and unable to work has left me in a difficult situation. Noah's father does not provide any assistance until we can get home and have a legal agreement arranged  but with no end in sight we have no idea how long it will take for us to get home. I've been receiving help from family with my bills for now but it's getting to be too much for them to handle. I hate asking for help but I don't know what else I can do for now.
