Kane and Ryall's treatment

Donation protected
Kane and Ryall are two puppies that were adopted from the Greenville humane society on February 22 2015.  These beautiful puppies appeared to be in good health at the time of adoption.  On February 24 they were checked out by a veterinarian and also found to be in good health.  On Friday, February 27, Ryall was very timid and weak, he would not eat and only seemed to want to lay down and sleep. After about an hour, his breathing was labored, and he was rushed to the emergency vet, and diagnosed with pneumonia. Kane, however seemed fine.
When adopting a pet, the humane society gives a 30 day gift insurance in case any illness comes to your pet within 30 days of adoption, however IT DOES NOT COVER PNEUMONIA. The stay for one night at the emergency vet approached $800.00.  Ryall came home on February 28 still very sick, but slightly improved.

On March 1 2015, Ryall began to show symptoms of being as sick as before, and Kane was also showing signs of severe sickness, labored breathing and refusing to eat or drink.  He was then rushed to the emergency vet and kept over night. The bill now approaching $1600.00, which must be paid up front before they will take the animal for treatment.  Kane was released at 8am the next morning on March 2, to be taken to his regular vet, Ryall still sick, and showing no sign of improvement, was also admitted.  Both puppies were treated with IV antibiotics, and fluid, and this came to $368.00.  It was instructed for them to come back the next day for treatment again.  The total has now reached a little over $2000.00 for both puppies together in just under a week.  They have shown slight improvment, but money for treatment is running out quickly, and another stay at the emergency vet is out of the question at this time due to cost, and regular daily care is also dangerously close to becoming overwhelming.

These are 2 beautiful, well behaved, loving dogs that do not deserve to be denied treatments due to my financial restraints, as all of this beyond regular adoption is 100% unexpected.  The humane society is unwilling to help aside from refunding my adoption fees ($240.00) and micro chip fee (26.00), or take the dogs back, and not allow me to re adopt them. Even though the virus was in them at time of adoption, and the insurance they offer does not cover pneumonia.

Please help allow these 2 puppies to continue to recieve medical attention so that they can make a full recovery.  All funds donated will be deposited into an account just for this cause, and every penny collected will be used for their treatment, and I will post any invoices, or receipts showing where the funds were spent.  At the end of treatment for Kane, and Ryall, any residual funds will be used to help other stuck in this predicament to help with their bills as well.  Any donation large or small is greatly appreciated.
