Help Terri kick alcoholism

Our mother has been an alcoholic for over 20years. In 2013 she was told she would only live a few months due to her kidneys. She stopped drinking on her own, but hasn't been able to stop again. She is begging for help but we have been told she has to be a Criminal to get free treatment. She has no insurance. We don't have the funds to help her right now and we are asking that any help at all would be greatly appreciated. We'd love her to be here for her grandkids. Any extra money raised would be used for a better facility and to go to others who are not criminals and want help.
