Replace Stolen Wedding Rings

My best friend Jamie is getting married to Vicky in less than 2 weeks. The engagement ring and both wedding bands - all handed down through generations of both families and with enormous sentimental value - were at the jewelers getting cleaned and resized. The jewelers got burgled. They have now learnt that the jewelers insurance does not cover goods that are not theirs. They are going to do their best to help but we need everybody's help please.

Now, not only have they lost precious sentimental items and all the rings for the wedding, but with 2 weeks left until the wedding day all the budget has been well and truly used up.

I would like to try and raise as much money as possible please, not only so they can buy nice rings, but mostly so that when that time comes during their wedding ceremony when the priest calls for the exchanging of rings, the memory of those thieving b**tards will be overlaid somewhat with the memory of how all their friends and even some strangers came together to help them.
