I realize that I may be a stranger to many of you, and I can understand if there might be a little apprehension toward contributing to this cause. I can only hope that my reputation amongst those that know me will allow for this campaign to flourish. 

Today I found out about a very unfortunate loss to two of our fellow community members, NikoFilmz & CarterFilmz. 

They both experienced a fire within their home, which ravaged all of their personal possessions, including (but not limited to) all of their FPV gear.

These guys have contributed so much to the cinematic scene, and their work has inspired many of us to push the boundaries of this hobby that we all share. 

At one point or another, we have all helped a fellow FPV pilot in need. The sense of pride and joy in helping others is what makes this beautiful community thrive. I hope that once again, we can all come together to bring two community members from out of the ashes.

I realize that perhaps the value of the fundraiser might or might not be enough, but I’m hoping that this can help them recover some of their losses and get them back to creating again. At the minimum, my goal is to help them recoup some of their expenses. Despite insurance or any other financial safeguards, I am hoping that the funds can help cover things like deductibles and misc fees. If you have ever dealt with insurance companies, then you know that most don’t payout immediately. So look at this fundraiser from this perspective: these funds could make the difference between them having a meal or having gas money to travel and stay with friends or family
