Nikeya's water issue

My niece Nikeya Gilliam needs  help, she is in desperate need of our help. Nikeya is a single mom with 3 boys, she is the only income in her home, and recently has lost water to her home. Not sure if the well collapsed or if its the pump.  We all know what it would cost to have a well drilled, we are hoping that is not the issue. 
She can hook into city water but that cost money too.  We really dont have a dollar amount to ask for, we know it could be a low as about 2000 or has high has ??? Her home owner insurance doesnt cover this. They have gone without water long enough. Please what ever you can give to help her would be great. She is a proud mom and hates that she needs help, but dont we all from time to time. Thank you for any help you can give her.
