Nicole needs our help!

Nicole and her babies were on their regular morning walk on 10/23 when they were attacked by 2 medium sized dogs. I don't have many details yet because Nicole is so sad and upset about the whole thing and can't talk about it yet.

All we know at this point is that her babies are hurt and she needs our help. Both Pete and Kalulu were taken to Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Durham yesterday morning and have been receiving around the clock care. Pete had a successful surgery last night and is doing well. Kalulu is in surgery right now.  Not sure what the vet bills will be but they quoted Nicole 5K for Pete and 6K for Kalulu and she has had to leave 2 very large deposits already.

For those of you that know Nicole you know that these are her children and mean the world to her. Like most of us, she will do whatever it takes to fix them.  I can't imagine going through what she is right now and I also can't imagine where I would come up with that kind of money to save my babies.......but I would somehow make it work as she is doing right now.
