Nick's Transplant Fund

Nick is 27 and has Cystic Fibrosis which has progressed and led him to where he is now. He is currently listed for A double lung transplant where he will undergo this life changing surgery at Shands in Gainesville. Him along with his wife will have to live in Gainesville post transplant until Nick recovers and Dr.'s feel he is no longer at risk.This fund is to help them with the expenses of travel,medicine,food,room and board and bills as Nicks wife will be not working and taking care of him.
