Nick Naumovic Support For Covid-19 ICU Recovery

Our friend and colleague Nick Naumovic has been battling Covid Virus and pneumonia for over a month now and while slowly progressing towards a recovery, the Naumovic family needs our help with everyday and medical expenses that his insurance will not cover. Nick has been on a ventilator and fully sedated since Nov 4th. He is still in ICU and after a month of hard fought battle, he is now slowly improving following a tracheotomy which allows him to be awake but still on a ventilator. He also has a g-tube for nutrition, and is having kidney dialysis to combat the toll the virus has had on his body. His doctors hope that Nick can be moved to a long term care facility in the next week or so, where he is expected to remain for sometime, for rehabilitation. A general rule of thumb is for every day in ICU, a patient needs three days in a long term facility. This is a long road to a full recovery!
We all know Nick as a family man and deeply religious. His family has not been able to be at his side often, however, the most profound and hopeful moments for Nick have been when he is able to see his wife Jeanettea and children. Nick and his wife Jeanettea are both beautiful people, who have a loving marriage. Nick is a wonderful father with their youngest Mila, being eight. Nick is a grandfather, so filled with pride to watch his family grow. Nick is the man who makes you a better person just by knowing him.
Nick is the type of man that sends bible quotes to his children every day. He is extremely compassionate and generous. He would be the first to step up to anyone in need.
