Nichole’s Fight

This is my dear friend Nichole she is 33 years old has three children ages 4, 8, and 15, this works 2 jobs to keep life a float.
On Thursday evening my dear received the news that she has a brain tumour the left side of her brain. Arrangements were made immediately to have her sent out to Vancouver for scheduled surgery tomorrow (Monday)
What we know, she I has a tumour, what kind they don’t know .... because it’s located close to the part of the brain that tells her body to talk, they can’t remove the entire thing with out putting her at risk of not being able to speak and or move the right side of her body. The team in Vancouver and in Terrace were all very surprised that Nichole is still able to walk and talk at this point without having any seizures. On the plus side to this they do say because she is still able to walk and talk along with her age and being in general good health this is a good thing.
The plan : remove what they can, close her back up with plates , and screws. This surgery should take approximately 4.5 hours and then send the tumour away for testing. Pending the results they will have to either monitor her brain every 2 months or chemo and/or radiation.
Friends, family, and strangers at this point I ask for your help, Nichole is not aware I am doing this and to be honest I’m not sure how she is going to feel but at this point we do not know when she is returning to work and unfortunately her bills will not stop.
