Nia Simone Anderson is a Senior attending Charles R. Drew Charter School in Atlanta, Georgia. This outspoken young lady is Drew Charter's Student Government President, a member of the National Honor Society, and the National Beta Club.
Nia has distinguished herself as a well-rounded scholar as she is a member of the Mu Alpha Theta Math Society, and is a Co-Founder of the "S.Q.U.A.D.D" Students Questioning and Understanding Activisim Abroad and at Drew.
She is also active in extra-curricular activities to include; the Urban Youth Harp Ensemble, and the Varsity Soccer and Cheerleading teams.
Nia has dreamed of attending Howard University since the 5th Grade. She toured the campus in 2011 as a middle school student at KIPP Ways Academy and ever since she has been laser-focused on becoming a Bison!
We need your tax deductable donations to help her win the Pink Cultured Pearl Cotillion's top scholarship and the crown!
The deadline for donations is Sunday, March 4, 2018. All checks should be made out to The Ivy Community Foundation.
