Elizabeth's Medical Fund

Last October, I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. Since then it has been a rollercoaster of treatments and medical expenses. I try to go to work every day to maintain normalcy for my two young children.  I am lucky enough to have insurance and a wonderful village of people who support me.  However, even with insurance, our co-payments are thousands of dollars and the new FDA drug that is designed for people like me (who have the BRCA2 mutation) will not fully be covered by insurance. This journey will be a long one and I will require several surgeries this summer.  I hope to come out of this cancer free and debt free.  I am setting up this gofundme campaign to help my family as we fight this battle.
