Help Erica buy new hearing aids!!!!

Erica Lee is one of my very best friends in this life and if you know her then you love her!  She is beautiful, smart, funny, and one of the best, most loyal people you'll ever have the pleasure of knowing!  And if you know her, then you know that she loves hanging out with her friends & her piti Xena, the Dead, hiking trails to rivers & waterfalls, traveling & going to shows and listening to live music despite her hearing disability!  So, for the past 10 years, Erica has had the same hearing aids (well one was chewed to pieces by one the dogs so I think one is 10 yrs old and the other is like 4 yrs old).  Anyway, there has been some amazing new technological advances in these past 10 years in audiology.... Erica went to her Audiologist last week and they fitted her with new hearing aids!  Y'all ... they are amazing!! She can hear things that she was not hearing before or in a long time!  She is speaking softer too and while this is all so wonderful  & exciting ... it's also a bit overwhelming for her all at the same time!   The Audiologist says it will take her brain some time to rehab and acclimate itself to all these new  sounds & vibrations!   I'm so happy for her and I'm sure you all are too!  But, here's the thing ... they are expensive!!  Her out-of-pocket expense after insurance is going to be about $4200.   So, for all you out there who know and love Erica, like I do ... let's all band together to help her out to cover this cost because she is awesome and she deserves to enjoy to hear without the burden of the cost to do so ... so please, please, please pitch in what you can ..... a little or a lot .... no amount is too small or too big....  let's show Erica Lee some love & support!!
