A New Car For Casa De Esperanza

Casa De Esperanza, for those who don't already know, is a home for orphaned or abandoned children located in Caranavi-La Paz-Bolivia. For 25 years it has been not only a home but a family for 69 children. Casa de Esperanza gives children a second chance at regaining their childhood through love shown by God.
The location of this home provides a sanctuary away from the distractions that can be found in a larger town. The home sits on top of a beautiful and lush mountain overlooking the town below. Kids are able to run around freely and are truly given a second chance to rediscover their innocence.
The children's school and church is located down in the town of Caranavi and because of the isolated location of the home it is a very long journey into town.
Right now we do not have adequate transportation. The truck that we used to use has unfortunately broken down and is no longer of any use, and are now borrowing a car until July. We are blessed to have a wonderful bus that we are all able to fit in, but due to the state of the road sometimes we are unable to make it down. The road is unpaved and rocky and after it rains it becomes extremely muddy. That is why we are looking for a 4x4 car that is better suited for rugged terrain.
This is something that is essential due to our distance from town where the school, church, many of the staffs homes, and all supplies are located. It is a necessity for us to have another car and any donation would be greatly appreciated. God has blessed us with so many people who are willing to support these beautiful children so we thank you.
