Hi Friends and Family,
New York’s Finest is a newly created travel flag football team representing the New York Gay Football League (NYGFL), and we need your help! For our first tournament, we are excited to be travelling to Fort Lauderdale February 17-18 to compete against other gay football teams from across the country. Our team is comprised of a diverse group of men who are passionate about football and bringing our best every time we step on the field. The NYGFL and gay travel teams provide us with an outlet to be who we are and do what we love without judgment.
While our regular season in the NYGFL minimizes player costs with business sponsorships and scholarships, travel teams rely on fundraising to operate. All funds raised will help pay for transportation, accommodations, registration fees, and other ancillary costs. Your donations ensure that regardless of financial circumstances, ALL team members can travel and participate in an event that provides a safe and fun environment for members of the LGBT community to play football.
