Mounting Med Bills for Bill Hodgson

Well, it has been a long journey for our brother Bill and his wife Marg.  Bill has been in Nanaimo hospital now for over two months, enduring not one but two amputations on his left leg.  He is currently undergoing regular physiotherapy in the hospital, as well as hemodialysis every other day.  We are hoping he will be able to return home to Port Alberni very soon, but the journey doesn't end there.  Bill will be travelling back to Nanaimo  for dialysis every other day, with a cost for each trip.  Other costs will include a new scooter and therapeutic fixtures for the house.  And then there are the ongoing medical costs for his treatments, not to mention the many expenses they continue to pay while Bill is in hospital.  Not easy to do on a pension.  It is his dream....his goal!...to be able to once again go hunting and fishing with his bros and buddies.  I know many of us have been wanting and waiting to help and now we can!  Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
(Interesting Side Note:  The picture above has a pretty special story.   A few years ago, Bill was hunting with Larry and the boys up in the Fort St. James area where our family lived in the late 1940's, early 50's.  Bill was blown away to see that the cabin he built with our dad was still standing!!  This is a picture of Bill sitting in front of that very cabin.  So awesome!!)
