New /Used Van for disabled daughter

My daugher, Tori, was born with Cerebral Palsy.  She is wheelchair bound and is limited to the amount of things she can do for herself as she is a spastic quadriplegic.  Day to day things such as dressing yourself , daily hygiene, cooking, or getting in and out of bed on your own are some of the things she can't do. She has been a real warrior coping with this. She lives with me so I see her having to deal with this on a daily basis. 22  years ago she purchased a brand new van and it was driven until it was no longer safe . She was a passenger in the van as she doesn't have the ability to drive. 3 years ago a used van was purchased at a good price. This  van is now 14 years old and the frame has rusted  out to the point it is unsafe to drive. It has been scraped.  Public transportation is not an option for her. There are companies that will pick her up and take her to places like doctor's appts at a cost. Their hours and service areas are limited which means no evening or weekend service. She is deserving of that same amount of freedom that most of us take for granted. Tori is unable to work and her primary source of income is a disabilty check. We don't like asking for help but without a van my daughter really can't leave the house and have some fun in her life.  We can't afford the expense of another van.
