New Home for The McCoy Family

Donation protected
On Wednesday March 24, 2021 there was a house fire and caused the McCoy family to be displaced for an uncertain amount of time.  Kate is a Navy Veteran, a year round resident of Chatham and a single mother to her three children.  Aurora is her oldest daughter and is 22 years old.  Blaine is her son and is 18 years old and is currently in the delayed entry program awaiting to ship off to the Navy after high school graduation from CCT.  Aileen is the youngest and she is 7 years old and attends Chatham Elementary School.

The condition of the home they were living in is deemed uninhabitable by the Chatham Fire Department, The Board of Health, and Fire Marshall.  Currently the family is staying at a local motel in Harwich.  Despite all that has happened they are in good spirits and have a positive outlook on life in all aspects.

Please help a local, hardworking, Veteran family in their time of need to be able to live in a home that is safe and a healthy environment.

Please help our family find a permanent home for my kid's so they feel safe and secure. This transition from our rented home to the hotel room has been extremely difficult, especially on my youngest child. We are desperate for help and anything donated will be GREATLY appreciated.
