Double hip replacement for Francis

Francis is my brother in law. He is a Pilot. That’s what he loves to do and that’s what he has done for more than half his life.
But for almost a year now he has been unable to fly as he requires a double hip replacement.
His insurance company is refusing to pay out, his savings have run out and he is currently relying on the goodwill of close friends to get by.
But as the days and months go by his condition is steadily worsening; it is now extremely difficult for Francis to move around due to the excruciating pain in his hips and when he does attempt to do so, he has to use a walking stick.
He requires surgery as a matter of urgency and so, I am setting up this page to raise the funds for the double hip replacement he so desperately needs.
The funds raised will be used as follows:
To pay for the cost of the surgery to be carried out in the UK.
To pay for visas and flight tickets for himself and his wife to fly to the UK (from Jamaica) for the surgery.
Post op care
Day to day living expenses in the UK while he recovers (transportation to and from the hospital, food, rent etc)
