New Goalie Equipment for Triston Bearspaw

This year our son Triston Bearspaw has been selected to play on the Highprairie Redwings Junior A hockey team. He has dedicated the past 17 years of his life to perfecting his skills as a Goal tender and is excited for the opportunity to continue his progress as an athlete with his New team . We are very proud and excited to continue to support him on his journey and have thus far contribute $6000 which has gone towards the costs associated with having to stay with a Billet family and playing on the team in Highprairie Ab . We are struggling to come up with the funds with the remaining $4000  to not only cover his remaining team fees but also to replace the gear he is currently playing with but is both too small to protect him efficiently and does not match the rest of his team. We are asking that anyone who feels so inclined to support our son on his journey to Please do so. In helping our son progress you are not only help a family see their child's goals reached but you also give a positive and dearly need Indigenous influence to our community and others. In supporting him and helping us to provide him with new equipment, you are doing more then helping him fit in with his New team and preventing career ending injuries. You are supporting a very deserving young Indigenous athlete who will pave the way for Indigenous youth in sports.
