New Church Construction for OBF

Open Bible Fellowship was starting 30 years ago and has been using a variety of rented facilities. We have been paying as we go by purchasing land and paying for blueprints, site plan, lawyers etc.  We have all things ready to start moving dirt and doing the first phase of our construction but we need $600,000 to get into our our building.
We are a progressive church which believes God still works today as He did in Bible times.  We are balanced and loving and have seen miracles and healings but want to see more.  Ankeny is a fast growing community and we are to be an infuential regional church reaching the world.
Our land is paid off.  It is 6 acres of prime land on the main drag and off of the Interstate 35 exit and across from a city park.
