Neuro Emergency for our Frenchie

Donation protected
Our 3 year old French Bulldog, Wesley, came down suddenly with a severe neuroligcal disorder that has yet to be diagnosed. He's currently in the ICU and the vet is leaning toward Cataplexy (a form of narcolepsy without losing consciousness). This means that he becomes uncontrollably paralyzed every 2-3 seconds, preventing him from being able to eat, drink, stand or walk on his own. Unfortunatey, because of the sudden onset, the likely cause of Cataplexy in Wesley's case is a brain disease. Because of the tests needing to be performed to identify the root cause and the potential surgeries/treatment that may follow, the costs are likely to be tremendous. Wesley is my first baby, an "uncle" to our son, and a big brother to his Frenchie sister, Luna. He is a very important member of our family and we can't imagine our life without him.

Wesley will be undergoing a brain MRI in the next 24 hours at the hospital, so we'll be awaiting the results to determine next steps (hopefully toward recovery). Every doctor we've seen has said they've never seen a condition quite like Wesley's, making it even more difficult to fully treat and diagnose.  However, we're trying to remain optimistic! Thank you for the support we've received thus far and ANY donation makes a huge difference. PLEASE SHARE to help us get our miracle.
