Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you know, Nehmiah Taylor is an amazing Bahamian man. The Krupp clan first met him in the late 70’s when first visiting the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. A true friend for almost 40 years, there is nothing he would not do for a friend in need.
As a fisherman, he has fed many families in need when they had nothing. He has an incredible work ethic and would depart early mornings for a grueling day of spearfishing - his true passion in life. He has miraculously shown up and rescued boaters that had the unfortunate experience of capsizing in the open ocean and helped many other fisherman in need of mechanical help on the seas. He is fearless and determined.
Anyone that has been touched by his love and contagious laughter knows the power of his presence. He is known to many as the Black Angel.
Now it is our turn to give back to this very generous man. Taylor was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer, and he is in need of services unavailble to him in the Bahamas. We are helping his family raise funds that will go to help pay for his treatment and travel expenses. Every little bit will help. Doctors have advised he must travel for treatment no later than October 20th - so we are hoping to move fast.
