Please Help to Ease Jerry's Burden

First of all, I want to thank all of our family, and friends for all of the encouraging words, support, and prayers during this sudden and life altering event. Most of you already know that Jerry had to have his left foot amputated yesterday due to complications from a prior foot surgery last week that got a raging super infection and got into his Blood, threatening his life. This past year has been a very taxing one for him physically, and a series of events have caused a mountain of medical bills and forced him to dwindle his leave balance down to nothing. This is so hard to admit, but we come with a hugely heavy heart, and hat in hand to ask for help in this time of need to ease the burden so Jerry, (our sole bread winner) can concentrate on his recovery instead of how to make ends meet. God tells us he will not give us more than we can handle, and that he will not forsake us in our time of need. He did not say that we have to do it alone though. It is very hard to swallow pride and admit the need for help, and anything will make a great difference for us. Please believe that God and Your positive encouragement will bless us immeasurably on this long road to recovery. Thank you all so very much, your love is already felt and we can only hope to repay it in time.
