Getting surgery on my hand

over the past couple years I've developed a bunch of health problems loss of vision symptoms that mimic MS degradation of the nerves in my hands and arms. after racking up thousands of dollars of bills the doctors still have no idea what is wrong. so far all they can tell me is what is not wrong. in the meantime I have also developed trigger finger I've tried cortisone injections which have worked for the most part but it still keeps coming back now I am unable to have another cortisone injection and they tell me I have to have surgery if I leave it alone it will eventually get worse enough that my finger will lose the ability to bend and flex. I'm a cable contractor so I use my hands every day for work and unfortunately I'm in a situation where I can't afford to have surgery trying to do a GoFundMe so I can have the surgery done and not lose the ability to use my hands for work.
