Need out of abusive household of 20 years

Hi everyone, my name is Laurence. I am a young Haitian woman living in a psychologically and physically abusive household. My parents hold extremist values as they are very religious and traditional. Please help me move out for the sake of my mental stability. Over the years I have rescinded my bodily autonomy, free-will, and social interactions in hopes of diminishing the abuse levels. As a child the abuse was always physical masked as "discipline," but as a teen mental abuse and manipulation was included. I have had personal property destroyed, was not allowed to leave the house ever unless going to school, had objects thrown at me, been punched. Recently threats of getting kicked out are more frequent and serious. Please help me ensure safe, decent housing as soon as possible. With the pandemic it is hard to find stable employment and I just really fear homelessness, but I am also terrified of my household. I have so much potential as a person, but I cannot even have the mental clarity  or capacity to move forward with my life in this situation. I have contemplated this for years, I just need help please. *Edit- Along with these serious threats they have made the decision to relocate to Florida as the year ends, and I cannot go with them.
