Need kidney or help with family

Hello my name is Caitlin Fishman. I'm trying to raise money for bills and for my kids due to myself having stage 4 kidney failure. I am currently on dialysis three days a week and work part time but things are hard .. Also I'm looking for a living kidney donor. I'm B+ but can also take O+ and AB+ blood types.
