need help for 10 Year anniversary surprise

Our 10 year anniversary is coming in January and i want to surprise my other half with a weekend getaway to Las Vegas. We have not been able to have a "couple's" vacation at all in our 10 years together due to work and family and other commitments.  Any support would mean the world to me to be able to do something this special for her. All funds would go directly towards airfare and a hotel for a weekend so we could see the sights and sounds of some place new. Thank you in advance for any help big or small.
