Need A House ours is condemned!!!

My mom  is a dialysis, diabetic and heart patient and I take  care of her. However  the house  we have lived in for the last 15 months, has been  condemned. They have given us until 5pm Monday to get out. We both draw social security, but that doesn't go very far. We need to find a place to go and the money to move there. Asking for any help we can get.
