Aid for Hurricane Victims

My family and friends all live in Marianna, FL and they need help. Many People have only a few day's worth of food and water. There will likely be no power for over a month.
******What we don't realize is that most first responders are going to the coast (the heaviest hit PC Beach and Mexico Beach) But that leaves these rural towns like Marianna and Altha, Blountstown an hour away without much help.
There are people still stuck in their homes and can't get out. There is a woman who needs breathing treatment and the hospital can't/won't come get her. Trees are inside houses.
The local hospital has it's roof blown off...
UPDATE: We just found out today that my little brother lost his house :(
We are raising funds for:
Chainsaws
Generators
Invertors (plug-in adaptor for car)
Diapers
Wipes
Dry shampoo
Meds
Paper products
Camping supplies
water, water, and more water
Box fans (the temps are still in the 80s next week for Florida and there will most likely be no power for weeks)
There are so many first responders and people helping all over, but there are also so many Moms with young babies and elderly people. You have to understand:
EVERYTHING IS CLOSED. SCHOOLS. WALMART. GAS STATIONS. ALL CLOSED.
And governor Scott only told people in trailers and modular homes to evacuate. No one could foresee a CAT 4 hitting this far inland.
