GET ME TO THE MAYO CLINIC ON TIME

Hello Everyone,
I have for the past four years been experiencing some difficult medical issues. I have had the opportunity afforded me to go to the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Arizona. It however is going to take a lot of money to make this happen.
I am currently on Social Security and I am living on a fixed income. The Medicare only covers 80 percent of the cost of medical treatment. It certainly will not cover the cost of travel and lodging while I am under the care of the doctors at the clinic. This medical issue has made my life complicated and I have exhausted the medical knowledge here in Albuquerque. The Doctors here believe my best hope to regain some semblance of my life back is to go to the Mayo Clinic. Where the best Gastro-intestinal Doctors work.
So, I am asking for help in making this possible for me. Any amount would be greatly appreciated!
What you may not know is that I am a mother of three children whom I reared on my own - this includes a pair of twins. I have been a lifelong frugal person. I have managed my small income my entire life. I have put all my children through college and they have wonderful lives. I don't want to be a financial burden to my family as they are starting to have their own families and experience the joy of family as I once did. I moved from New York State several years back as I transitioned to a smaller income and the children moved out and started their own families. My income was enough to sustain my life here, however this unexpected medical issue has derailed my life.
I have been a fighter my whole life and this illness is the first thing that has taken the life out of me and made it difficult at times to just get out of bed some days.
I have lost 45 pounds in the last year, I have not been able to eat like a normal person without pain and discomfort, I have already had two surgeries in the most recent two years. Prior to that I was living in not knowing as well as not getting any answers from the doctors on a diagnosis or prognosis. Not knowing was difficult, but knowing now and not being able to receive the necessary treatment is even more disheartening. This added stress of not being able to afford or get the necessary treatment is an all too common thing within the current political environment.
I just need help to get this must have treatment and to regain some hope in my life. Please pass this onto all those persons with whom you believe would be able to help me in this endeavor.
