Help with expenses post transplant

My father in-law Neal is a disabled veteran that had a double lung transplant on September 20th. He is still in the hospital and will likely be there for a few more weeks depending on how well his recovery goes. After he is discharged Neal and his wife Dee will remain away from there home in Mattawamkeag, ME to continue his road to recovery as they will have many follow up doctors appointments in Boston, MA. Dee is currently away from her job to support and be with Neal through this process. We are looking to help them with expenses while Dee is out of work and they remain away from home for the next few months. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated to help lessen the stress of their financial burden.
