NCLEX & Nursing License for Rosa!!

My name is Wes Smith, and I've created this GoFundMe account for my good friend Rosa. Rosa and I served on the Board of Directors for the Arkansas Nursing Students' Association together. Here is her story...
Rosa Ruvalcaba Serna is a student who was protected under the Obama administration as a Dreamer in DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) policies. She was issued a social security card and received employment verification in November 2012, and began working full-time to help provide for her family and pay her way through college. She paid state and federal taxes as an employee, and became a productive member of the community in central Arkansas!
Now we need your help... Rosa is now being denied the ability to sit for the NCLEX exam and obtain a nursing license in Arkansas! Arkansas, like many states, have pulled the rights of DACA-protected individuals and will not allow Rosa and other DACA students to hold professional licenses (Medical, Bar, Nursing, etc).
Rosa is a nursing student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science (UAMS), and will graduate with a Bachelors in Nursing. Rosa has recently served as the 2017-2018 District 3 Director of the Arkansas Nursing Student's Association and currently serves as a House Representative in charge of community service events within the UAMS College of Nursing.
We are hoping to raise enough money to help Rosa pay for her travel to California after graduation to obtain a nursing license! Expenses would help with her travel, NCLEX test fees, and fees associated with obtaining a nursing license!
Here is an estimated breakdown:
Flight transportation from Little Rock to California- $800
Ground transportation- $100
Hotel Expenses- $300
NCLEX Fees- $300
Background Check/Nursing License Application- $500
As the organizer of this GoFundMe campaign for Rosa, I plan to obtain these funds for her via this account, and will transfer them to her at the end of the campaign for her to use for the expenses listed above.
