Navy Warrant - Harvey Survivor

Donation protected
This fund is being set up to help retired Navy Warrant Officer Joe Garcia who watched his home and ranch (his passion) become submerged under water during Hurricane Harvey in Bay City, TX. To add to his devastation, levies in Houston released water that made its way to his home and property again. Joe has been without electricity since last Friday and he had no flood insurance (he didn't live in a flood zone!) please help me, his friend Patty from San Antonio help this selfless Navy retiree come out from under this tragedy. During the worst part of the storm, Joe went back into the house to get his cat Mittens, her 3 kittens and his big dog Ghost who were all up on top of the furniture to stay out of the water. His main concern at the time were his animals and they are all okay! These funds will be used to pay to replace walls, flooring and any appliances that didn't survive. Joe's hay baling equipment, outside tractors and mowers were all under water as well so the extent of the damage is not known at this time.
