NAVY VETERAN WANTS FAMILY GUARDIAN

87-year-old U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran, Seifuddin Ali, dreams, hopes and wishes that his adult daughter, Ruqayyah Ali, age 33 could be name by the Probate Court as his permanent guardian.  Mr. Ali is challenging a Probate Court temporary guardianship given on 11/20/17 to a stranger, someone he does not know and does not want.  Mr. Ali was never asked who he wants as his guardian and his family was not notified until 11/28/17, after the Probate Court had issued the temporary guardianship. 

In order for Mr. Ali to have his adult daughter, Ruqayyah Ali, named as his permanent guardian, $3,000 is needed for court costs and fees. All of this must occur before 30 days have elapsed. After Ruqayyah called more than five probate attorneys, only one agreed to meet and offer assistance.  The legal fee is $3,000 which is urgently needed by Wednesday 12/13/17, which leaves six days for the attorney to file the appropriate paperwork before the thirty days expire.  Any amount that you can donate, large or small, is welcome.
