Natalie's Service Dog fund

Hi, my name is Natalie and I have struggled with my mental health and mental instability for many years now. I am 18 and looking for help with the funds for getting a psychiatric service dog, to help me live my life to the fullest despite my disabilities. I have been in and out of the hospital and stress center many times but increasingly over this past year. I would love the help, and it will be such a blessing if I receive more money than needed will to go to my church to help them serve others.
