Help Natalie 7.20.21 #Endostrong

I am a social worker in Northern California working directly with the homeless population on the front lines day to day. I also volunteer as a help-line specialist for Feal Talk which is a global help-line for anyone who needs to be heard.  

    I have been working for the past 6 years in my field and plan to continue my education in social work so I can further assist my community and give back to those less fortunate. I have suffered from chronic pain since 10 years of age and am raising funds for an upcoming surgical procedure on July 20th, 2021. Countless doctors have dismissed my pain and symptoms as being “normal.” This world renown surgeon is unique because he diagnosis’s and operates on this disease. Endometriosis is a debilitating disease that causes chronic severe pain that leads to black outs, infertility, and abnormal growths on various organs. 

     I am unable to afford the hospital bills and insurance costs that are a part of this battle. My health insurance only covers a portion of the fight and given that this disease is so complex, it requires that I see a specialist for excision surgery done by a surgeon three and a 1/2 hrs from where I live. 

     Any donation to help this battle would be greatly appreciated as these funds will go directly towards my medical bills, travel expenses, and recovery from this procedure.

It has been an uphill battle for quite some time now but I know I’m making decisions that will lead to a healthier life and future for me. My work is one of the most important things to me, and I want to make sure that I’m as healthy and able as I can be to give my time and support to those in need.
