NASDAQ Closing Bell Invite

I have been invited to attend the NASDAQ Closing Bell Ringing Ceremony on January 3rd, 2020 with my parent non-profit center stage to recognize our work helping humans impacted by foster care! However, I am a college student and 18 years old without much personal funds to make this trip happen in a few weeks.

Here are the details: 

Flight - around $500 x 3 (paying for my dad and 8 year old little sister as a surprise Christmas gift) - can't afford the whole family 7 of us but that would be a dream!!!
Hotel - 1 room (two full beds) is approximately $150 a night (without taxes) (3 nights) - $400 ( requires an adult)
Transportation:  $150
Food - $100
Miscellaneous: $100 (taxes, fees, tips)

If you have hotel connections in the Times Square area, please let me know as well!

I would not ever ask for this personal gift but I am so excited and believe I will never get this chance again to participate in an event like this in NYC .
