Na Paniolo Nui o Molokai

Donation protected

Help us fund the production costs for a documentary dedicated to preserving the true heritage, culture and life-stye of the old Paniolo (Hawaiian Cowboys) of Molokai, told by the ones who lived it, before they and their stories are gone.

We will partner with film maker Daniel Emhof of Visual Resonance Media, who also serves Molokai as Director of Akakū Molokai Media Center. For the past 14 years Daniel has been working with the Molokai community to provide media services and Public Access Television to the residents of Maui County.

We will spend the next two years carefully documenting the original stories of the Molokai Paniolo as told by them, in a way that only they can. Creating a historical documentary about a unique island heritage, preserving a legacy for future generations.

Any donation for any amount is appreciated. You will be helping cover costs of production, equipment and time. Our mission is to create an inspiring documentary worth keeping and sharing through the ages. You can help by simply sharing our effort to your Facebook and Twitter, or email to your contacts. Please hit the subscribe button so we can keep you updated with highlights of the making of this documentary. We believe in this projet and humbly ask for your support.
