Nancy & Steve's Tragic Time

We are still in shock as we write this and can’t believe how this is happening to the sweetest and most loving couple. Last year our dad was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer). He had surgery and recovered quickly just to find out three months later that he now has pancreatic cancer.  After a surgery to remove most of his pancreas he found out it had spread to his lymphnodes. Currently he is out of work and undergoing weekly chemotherapy.

You would think that news right there was bad enough, right? Well the terrible news just keeps on coming...

Two weeks ago, my mother, Nancy found out she has stage 4 tongue cancer. Her surgery is scheduled
in the beginning of November and has an 8-week recovery period before she can start chemotherapy and radiation. 

We can’t believe they both have to go through this at the same time. Anyone that knows them knows they would be the couple to get cancer together. The bills are starting to pile up and become overwhelming for them. Although we can’t do the surgery and treatment for them we hope that maybe raising some money would help them not have to worry about bills while they both face this battle together.

I know times are hard and life is happening full force for everyone right now but we ask that you help in any way that you can.
