About Us:
Nala's New Life Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization no kill rescue organization that has been saving dogs for years who have no other hope. We have a true "no kill policy" and save dogs who need rescued regardless of age, breed or health issues. Nala was a life long companion and friend whose brave fight against bone cancer inspired Nala's to be created. Nala's specializes in pulling dogs (and cats) from shelters all over Florida who otherwise would be euthanized. Nala's New Life Rescue pays to transport the dogs to safety, covers all medical expenses and provides safe foster homes or boarding facilities until a foster or forever home is approved. All of our animals have a full veterinary examination, vaccinations, are spayed or neutered and receive required medical treatment. We care for them until they are emotionally and or physically healed. Many of the dogs we rescue have been abused, many are heartworm positive, and many are the forgotten seniors. All of these dogs require extensive and sometimes long term veterinarian care or surgery.
We run solely on volunteers who give these amazing dogs unconditional love and support until an approved home is found. Recently we have been taking in many dogs that have had numerous medical issues and unforseen emergency surgeries. This has caused our vet bills to soar and created the need for us to start this Go Fund Me page. Since their health is our number one priority we are asking for your help to enable us to continue our missions to help these dogs and cats whose future is hopeless without Nala's New LIfe Rescue.
Meet Precious:
She was born with a deformed leg and was abandoned with no hope. We have taken her in and tests have shown the surgery can help to correct this deformity and give her a new lease on life!
Meet Buttercup:
Buttercup was disposed of like a piece of trash, thrown out the window of a moving car. This left her paralyzed. We rescued her and as you can see she is rolling now!
Meet George:
George was dumped at a shelter and left with little hope. He was our special Christmas rescue. He was heart worm positive and had skin issues. He is on the mend and in a wonderful foster home waiting patiently for his forever home.
Meet Macy and Luna:
Macy was a sad mom as 5 of her 6 puppies passed away before we could rescue her. She is heartworm positive but with the love and care at Nala's New Life Rescue, Macy and her puppy will receive the care they need to have a happy ending.
Meet Sadie:
Sadie had given up all hope sitting in a kennel at Okeechobee Animal Control. She was pregnant, heartworm positive, and blind. Sadie's prayers were answered when the shelter contacted Nala's and of course we took her! She had 9 beautiful puppies and Sadie will receive the treatment she needs and her puppies will all be placed in approved homes.
These are just a few of our amazing, sweet, and loving pups that our volunteers and foster families care for on a daily basis. Anything you can spare will help us toward our goal of taking care of them and rescuing others A few dollars here will fill an empty puppy belly, help an animal in pain, or give them another day to survive. We want to continue our work and we are in need of the funds to do so. Please consider our rescue for your donation and help spread the word!
