Naelson: go away cancer!!

My father, Naelson Filgueiras, 76 years old just underwent a gastrectomy to remove a cancer in his esophagus. He is currently still in the hospital and will need additional care for when he arrives home, as well as chemotherapy. My mother and I  work and study 24/7. My sister from Brasil has offered to come and take care of our dad for as long as he needs, but we need some help with the plane ticket and medical bills.
