I am Nadia's sister, Julia Robertson. We sincerely thank you for contributing personally towards Nyla and Naomi's education funds. We are in the process of establishing the fund that will be secured and managed by the bank for the girls' post-secondary education. You have been incredibly giving and thoughtful, we are grateful beyond words. On behalf of the Johnson and Angeloni families, we truly appreciate your generosity.

With broken hearts, we announce the passing of Nadia Lynn Johnson, a loving mother and wife, beloved daughter, cherished sister, dear friend and colleague, on October 7, 2025 at the age of 44 years.

Nadia devoted herself to her family and her career. She was a beautiful, strong and graceful woman who always balanced her professional life with fierce dedication while never letting the love and care of her family waver. Nadia was a constant reminder that family comes first through every decision and moment of happiness she gave us.

Nadia met the love of her life, Brian, in 2007 on a summer cruise in Toronto. They immediately became inseparable and soon married in 2013. They built a life together rooted in loyalty and shared dreams. From the moment Nadia and Brian were blessed with their beautiful daughters, Nyla (age 7) and Naomi (age 4), Nadia poured every ounce of her heart into raising their children who were the light of her life. Brian explains “Losing her feels like losing a part of myself, every day with her was a gift. She lived a life full of love, laughter and compassion. I am truly blessed to be loved by her.”

While her children were her greatest joy and purpose in life, Nadia was also wholeheartedly dedicated to her career. She enjoyed creating impactful strategies for major retailers and brands. As a Director of Marketing, Nadia’s professional life was driven by her integrity and determination, earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike. Her work ethic and leadership touched many lives.

Nadia was our constant, our comfort, our guide. She was the one everyone counted on and would turn to. Her love was a powerful force and she selflessly put the needs of others above her own. She was our angel on earth and now her spirit and light will live on forever in the hearts of everyone who knew her. It will carry us forward and guide us as we navigate a world without Nadia.

Nadia’s legacy is continued by her children Nyla and Naomi, husband Brian, parents Mauro and Roberta Angeloni, sisters Lisa (Gabe), Julia (Andrew), Ornella (Doug), mother and father-in-law (Tatris and the late Dexter Johnson), sister-in-law Pia (Paul), brother-in-laws Jeff (Fran), Maurice (Suzette), the late Otis Johnson, best friend (Michelle), many nieces, nephews, cousins, Zia’s, Zio’s, extended family, friends and colleagues who love her deeply.
