This Ain't Right Campaign

Last Friday--18 August 2017--A dear friend was riding his wife's horse Shania through their neighborhood Kagel Canyon. As he started up the hill on West Trail around 3pm, a loose bulldog (no leash) attacked the horse. This [least offensive] picture shows what a loose dog can do to a horse in a couple of minutes. Loose dogs all too often create horrible situations like this. His wife's horse is now suffering, and he and his wife will be out thousands of dollars in veterinarian expenses.

But there is something FAR more tragic that happened. A neighbor of his, Chris, tried to pull the dog off and ended up with multiple fractures (including a broken leg, a broken jaw, and missing & broken teeth). [He and his family will be out in all likelihood TENS of thousands of dollars in medical expenses, not even counting lost work time, lifetime scars and other trauma]

Upon learning that the dog owners have no assets, lawyers are going after Tim, even though he is clearly a victim in this unfortunate event.  This is causing him and his wife heavy financial and emotional stress that they don't deserve.  That is why I have created this page.  Please help if you can.  Thank you.
