Help Peanut get spinal surgery

Peanut, my 4 year old mini Daschund has suffered a crippling back/spinal injury. His breed is prone to serious back injuries due to their elongated spine. Peanut has hurt his back in the past but never to this extent.
Peanut no longer has use of his rear legs and because of nerve damage from the back/spinal injury it has caused an incontinence issue as well so I have to manually press on his bladder in order to drain it for him, which is painful for him because of his injury.
Peanut needs veterinary care, rehabilitation therapies (physio & acupuncture) medications, a custom fit wheelchair and quite possibly (but hopefully not) surgery on his back to repair nerve damage to restore the ability to pee unassisted should the therapy not resolve this issue.
Unfortunately the cost involved is well beyond my means. In May 2013, I was 6.5 months pregnant and working full time as a Personal Fitness Trainer. I was in a horrible car accident that resulted in 7 herniated discs in my back, a broken sternum and a placental abruption which nearly led to my losing my precious baby. Luckily the baby pulled through and is a happy healthy 18 month old boy. However due to the injuries I sustained in the accident and the demanding physical requirements of my job I have been unable to return to my job and I'm on a very limited income via accident benefits through the insurance company. I've also just had another baby boy January 20 2015, thus limiting my income further so the cost to obtain everything that Peanut needs is just impossible for me.
As embarrassing as it is to have to ask anyone and everyone for help in order to help my poor Peanut, I will do whatever it takes to help him.
Peanut is the sweetest, most gentle, loving dog I've ever known and it's absolutely heartbreaking to see him like this.
The sooner he starts therapy the better his chances for regaining use of his hind legs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE , if you are able to, please donate so Peanut can get the medical care he needs....every little bit helps and any and all donations are appreciated more than I could ever convey in words.

Thanks to donations received so far we were able to get further and extensive tests done and Sadly Peanut is going to need spinal surgery in order to be able to walk and urinate unassisted so our fund raising goal just increased substantially but I'm trying to stay positive and hopeful given all the support we've received thus far.
