!!! URGENT RELOCATION REQUIRED !!!
So a few things happened...
Several weeks ago I was battling an infection from a surgical wound. I woke up severely dizzy in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, stumbled and took a nasty fall! I greatly mangled up my legs, hips and back in the way I landed and I had to call 911 to get to the emergency room. Fortunately nothing was broken, but I still required four days in the hospital. Unfortunately, my health insurance did not cover any type of home health care or physical therapy for recovery. Getting around on my own has been nearly impossible. I have a dear friend who has been making sure I have meals and rides to doctors' appointments.
As if that wasn't enough and in a completely unrelated situation...
Several days after returning home from the hospital, I was notified by the property manager that the owners of the property where I live have a personal situation and want to immediately put the property up for sale. I have to VACATE ON JUNE 24 as they want to start renovations on July 1. (Just for the record, the owners and property manager have always been responsive and pleasant. It will be a shame to lose them.)
Normally this would not be a big deal, BUT...
Due to my current injuries, I can barely move around from room to room, let alone pack-up and move. Additionally, this relocation is completely unexpected and I do not have money saved for a cross-country move. Also, it turns out that June is the most popular and expensive month to move. It's even been a struggle to find boxes. Ugh.
For you Bugs Bunny fans, "I knew I should have taken that left turn at Albuquerque!" LOL
I was so excited three years ago to begin my adventure here in Arizona, but it took a very unexpected direction and quite honestly became a struggle for survival. It has been filled with misfortune, illness, grievous financial and professional injury at the hands of a nonprofit scammer, and chronic physical pain as a result of being rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver and a physical assault during an attempted carjacking.

I am quick to smile, help others, and do not dwell in an attitude of doom and gloom, yet currently I am swamped with past and present injuries along with the now URGENT necessity to move. Arizona is extremely beautiful and part of me is sad to leave, but it's time for me to return to the Eastern United States where I can be closer to a network of friends and family.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE and IMMEDIATE FINANCES are URGENTLY required for the following...
* PODS storage and transport - $4,200
* Car shipping - $1,400
* Professional movers to pack-up boxes/furniture and load PODS container - $1,000
* Clean-out services - $500
* This item has already been generously donated and is now complete. (Air flight and transportation - $400 and/or frequent flyer miles)

I would be able to perform many of these tasks myself like packing, driving, and cleaning, but my current injuries will take months to recover and I am unable to wait. Dear friends of mine in Eastern Pennsylvania have generously invited me to stay with them while I heal and get resituated.
Other ways you may be able to assist would include...
* Leads on a safe, clean, place to rent in or near Lancaster County, PA, for $600 per month - I would also consider Maryland or Northern Virginia of the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. I am searching traditional methods of finding a place to live, but I also know some of the best gems are found by word of mouth.
* Your ideas or offerings

I am self-employed and I primarily work with survivors of trauma, abductions, sexual abuse, and human-trafficking. I've been unable to work and I want to get resettled quickly, so that I may get back to the work I love. I invite you to share in this transition through your kind gifts.
