Pete's Medical Fund

I am setting up this account to help with household and medical bills following my husband's episode. He started experiencing vertigo memorial day weekend. On June 1st he told me that he needed to go to the hospital; which told me something was seriously wrong. Once I got into the room, I noticed that his right eye was drooping. He was diagnosed with hypertension and sent home. Upon leaving the hospital, Pete deveolped blurry vision; which has stayed about the same. Two days later, during a follow up visit we were advised to go back to the hospital; the NP was fairly certain that he has had a stroke. CT scan results were normal. The doctor ordered an MRI; which showed a stroke where the brain stem meets the cerebral cortex  (the right medial cerebral peduncle).
Pete is our family's only source of income, and as such, has put us in a difficult situation. Thankfully, prognosis is good; but it will take time to get to that point. He is projected to be out of work for 6 months to a year. He has physical, cognitive, and speech therapy twice a week. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
